New Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

We love rewarding our loyal customers, and we've made it easier for you to collect points on in-store purchases with our new loyalty card.

For every £50 you spend, you will receive 1 loyalty point. Once you have collected 10 points, you will receive £30 off your next purchase. Points can be collected on any purchase made in both boutiques including sale purchases. Points are collected automatically on the till and your £30 reward is stored on the system under your name. Your £30 reward can only be redeemed on your next full price purchase and cannot be redeemed on sale items. No cash alternative and no change can be given on your £30 reward.

To sign up for a loyalty card we require your name and an e-mail address. We will communicate with you via email from time to time to let you know about upcoming shows and in-store events/promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by following links at the bottom of any email we send you.

 

Platinum Loyalty Benefits.

As well as the above, Platinum customers will receive the following additional benefits:

Early release of show dates. We will email our Platinum customers with show dates before they are released to our general database.

At every show you attend, you will receive a special Platinum voucher. The offer we give you will be dependant on which show you attend but will be valid for one week after the show date. For example, the offer for one show may be 10% off all purchases made on the day, for Platinum customers this will be extended to 10% off for one week.

Be a part of our Birthday Club and receive 10% off all full price purchases made in store during your birthday week. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or on sale purchases.

As a Platinum customer, you will be able to purchase items at sale prices two weeks before our main Sale Launch. Some exclusions may apply.

Complimentary alterations apply to full price purchases where either a hem or cuff needs shortening. If more than one alteration needs to be made or the item was purchased during a previous season then charges will apply. Charges will also apply on sale items.
