Online Purchases

Returning your online purchase couldn't be simpler. We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, should it be unsuitable pop your items back to us either by post or in the shop and we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange. This applies to online orders only and within 14 days of purchase, providing the item is unworn and in it's original condition. Items which are to be returned can be sent back to us at 75-79 High Street, Billericay, Essex, CM12 9AS.

Please note we cannot refund delivery charges and return postage will be at your expense. Alternatively items can be returned in store.

Once we have received your item in store we will process your refund as soon as is possible and providing the item has been unworn and is in its original condition. This can take up to 14 days.

Please note we are unable to refund Gift Vouchers and these are not redeemable for cash.

In Store Purchases

We want you to be happy with your Purchase, however, should it be unsuitable please return it within 28 days with proof of purchase and in original condition for an exchange or credit note. We regret we cannot exchange or credit any of the following occasionwear hats or earrings.

We will exchange or refund (by original payment method) any goods that may be found to be defective. If the goods have been worn and a minor faults develops, you may be offered a repair. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
